Preparations

When trouble strikes, it's usually a good idea to shoot back. (Shooting wins over striking any day). Here we'll collect a few things you may want to try if the installation didn't quite work:

You might try to:

• Set the log level
• Check the database setup
• Check for a solution in the Open-Xchange Support Database
• run the command /opt/open-xchange/sbin/checkconfigconsistency, which will check for some well known configuration mistakes
