The Open-Xchange OXtender for Microsoft Outlook provides a convenient method for
Open-Xchange users to view all their groupware data. The OXtender for Microsoft
Outlook enables Microsoft Outlook users to still to use their client application
of choice yet smoothly transition to Open-Xchange collaboration server on the
back end.

With the help of the OXtender for Microsoft Outlook, users can sync their email,
calendar, contacts and tasks with the Open-Xchange server. The use of a familiar
client tool ensures that users do not have to learn a new environment for
collaboration with others. Additionally, familiar functions such as working
off-line, defining mailbox rules, and setting access rights work the same from
within Outlook.
