Someone not good your howto, becouse :
last step:
/opt/.../createcontext -A ....
context 1 could not be created:
Server response:
  No server registered with name=xoserver
log:
com.openexchange ..... storage.mysqlStorage.OXContextMySQLStorage create
SERVER: Storage Error
Mysql base setting.
mysql loggin > OK. (GRANT ALL by openexchange user)
